    Historic Ditch Walk
    Often referred to as The Ditch, The Menard Irrigation Canal was first dug in 1756 by early Spanish Padres for irrigation to the mission. Still in use to today with slight modifications, the canal is open to tourists year-round. Other sightseeing opportunities and shopping centers are located in close proximity.
